First Down Flag Football was established to provide an opportunity for our youth to participate in fun & competitive flag football with their friends! We've partnered with NFL Flag to help create the best youth flag football experience in Utah.

We are growing throughout Utah County and continue to expand each year. We offer both a Spring and a Fall season every year. Games are played Saturday afternoons in hopes to allow more kids to play that may be participating in other activities.

We are excited to offer divisions for grades Pre-K through 12th grade and we even offer an all girls division at our Pleasant Grove location.
